Festival Applications
We are currently accepting applications for the festivals listed below. For all festivals we accept applications from:
*Artists creating works in the following mediums: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, fabric, crafts, ceramics, glass and jewelry for consideration to this juried event. There will be a limit to artists within any given category. Apply here.
*Food and beverage vendors, including restaurants, cafes and caterers, etc with a complete lunch menu. Apply here.
*Specialty food and beverage vendors, offering single-item menu choices such as cookies, brownies, nuts, fudge, popcorn, lemonade, ice cream etc. Apply here.
*Young (1st through 12th grade) artists creating works in the following mediums: painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, fabric, crafts, ceramics, glass and jewelry for consideration to this juried event. There will be a limit to artists within any given category, and age group. Applications for East Greenwich and Holiday Market will be juried separately on June 15th. Apply here for a FREE* booth. *We request a donation of 10% of sales to our nonprofit, Art Is Smart.
*Buskers wishing to perform at Newport Busker Fete. Apply here.
Garden City Center Art Festival
Date: June 9th and 10th
Location: Garden City Center, 100 Midway Road, Cranston RI
Time: 10 am to 5 pm daily
Call to Artists and Vendors: December 16th, 2011 - ASAP
*Please note that some categories will be closed in the first jury process and posted soon.*
Payment due in full by: ASAP - a handful of spaces are remaining! Please note that the jewelry and young artist categories, however, are closed.
Number of artists: 135 Number of Food Vendors*: 15
Cost to Apply: artists: $175, food: $350, specialty food: $175

No water can be sold.
**Overnight security will be provided to allow tents to stay up overnight
Newport BUSKER Fete
Date: June 27th, July 11th and July 18th
Location: Newport Yachting Center, 4 Commercial Wharf, Newport RI
Time: 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Call to Artists and Vendors: May 11th, 2012 - June 1, 2012
Payment due in full by: June 1, 2012
Number of artists: 15
Cost to Apply: artists: $50 for 10'x10' space with 1 table and 2 chairs
*Please note that there will be no food, specialty food or young artists at these dates. Any food or specialty food vendors interested in attending should contact the Newport Yachting Center directly.
**Please also note that applications for Newport BUSKER Fete are for each individual day. In your application, you will select the date(s) that you are interested in applying for and be charged accordingly.
East Greenwich Art Festival
Date: September 1st and 2nd
Location: New England Tech, 1408 Division Road, East Greenwich RI
Time: 10 am to 5 pm daily
Call to Artists and Vendors: December 16th, 2011 - May 1, 2012 - Please note that the jewelry category is now closed.
Payment due in full by: May 1, 2012
